作为公司信息化的设计和实施部门，通过构建、发展全面、自主的信息技术能力，实现公司的全面信息化，保障、服务、推动公司总体发展战略的实现。拟定公司信息化发展规划，设计公司信息系统体系架构；负责公司信息系统建设，保证公司信息化水平在行业的领先地位；保障公司信息系统合规、安全、可靠、高效；持续优化公司信息系统成本结构；建立卓越的信息技术能力和自主研发能力。As the information system design and implementation department of the Company, the IT Department develops and builds comprehensive and independent IT capabilities to achieve full IT application at the Company. It supports, serves and pushes forward the fulfillment of the overall development strategy of the Company. Its responsibilities include: drawing up the IT development plans of the Company, and designing its information system architecture; assuming responsibility for building the information systems of the Company, and ensuring the Company’s IT leadership in the industry; guarantying the compliance, security, reliability and efficiency of the information systems of the Company; continuously optimizing the information system cost structure of the Company; and establishing outstanding IT capabilities and independent R&D capabilities.http://www.xiaononfu.com/

岗位职责说明
为部门业务提供支持，工作内容包括以下方向：
Providing support for the businesses of the Department, including the following responsibilities:
1.协助公司人工智能平台的设计、开发、运营等工作；
Assisting in the design, development, operating of the AI platform of the Company;
2.参与企业级数据仓库的需求分析、数据建模、数据分析、数据处理、客户产品画像等工作；
Participating in the requirement analysis, data modeling, analysis and processing, customer profiling, etc. of enterprise-level data marts;
3.协助公司互联网交易、行情、资讯、服务、投顾、营销平台系统的需求分析、方案设计、系统开发、系统测试等工作；
Assisting in the requirement analysis, solution design, system development and testing of web-based trading, market data, info, services, investment advisory and sales platforms;
4.协助公司集中交易、快速交易、PB交易、策略交易、投资交易等系统的需求分析、方案设计、系统开发、系统测试等工作；
Assisting in the requirement analysis, solution design, system development and testing of the Company’s systems for centralized trading, fast trading , PB trading, strategy trading, and investment trading;
5.参与公司各类管理系统（包括客户关系管理、业务管理、风险管理、合规管理、稽核审计等）的需求分析、方案设计、系统开发、系统测试和运营支持等工作；
Be responsible for requirement analysis, system design, system development & test and maintenance in CRM(Customer-Relationship-Management), Business Management System, Risk Management System,Compliance Management System , Auditing System and other systems of the Data Platform of CITICS;
6.负责公司证券交易业务相关的清算、托管、估值、交收、持仓簿记、登记过户、财务核算等系统的需求分析、方案设计、系统开发、系统测试和运营支持工作；
Be responsible for requirement analysis, design, development, testing, technical support and maintenance in securities trading related systems in the area of clearing and settlement, custody, depository, valuations accounting, and financial accounting, etc.
7.协助公司业务和事务运营流程的设计、开发与维护。
Assisting in the design, implementation and maintenance of the business and affairs operation workflows of the Company.
任职资格要求
1.国内2020年应届生及海外2019/2020年毕业生，全日制本科及以上学历的在校生；
Domestic students graduating in 2020 and overseas students graduating in 2019/2020 with a Bachelor's degree or above;
2.计算机科学、软件工程、电子与通信、数据科学、人工智能、金融工程等相关专业；
Majoring in computer science, software engineering, electronic and communication engineering, data science, AI, financial engeering or related field;
3.熟练掌握常用应用开发或数据分析软件/语言；
Proficiency in common application development or data analysis software/languages;
4.具有良好的沟通能力、学习能力，分析判断能力，良好的职业素养与团队合作意识。
